Dear Vendors,

The Penn Valley Community Rodeo Association is excited to announce the 67th Annual Penn Valley Community Rodeo, taking place May 15–16, 2026. After four consecutive sold-out years, we’re looking forward to another great event and invite you to join us as a vendor.

The rodeo begins Friday, May 15 at 5:00 PM and Saturday, May 16 at 3:00 PM, with the Saturday parade starting at 2:00 PM. Vendor setup will be provided by May 11th by midnight.  Vendors receive free admission for two people and one parking pass. Additional admission tickets are available online only; extra parking is available in person only.

Food will be available all day from our Cookhouse, Snack Shack, and other food vendors. A live band, shopping, and rodeo action will make this a fun, high-traffic event. Electricity and Wi-Fi are available for vendors.

Please note: State law prohibits non-food vendors from selling or giving away any consumable items unless registered as a food vendor.

To apply, complete the attached Vendor Application and email it back. All applications must be approved. Once approved, mail your printed application with full payment and a copy of liability insurance. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Payments are refundable until May 1, 2026.
